Jagananna YSR Badugu Vikasam Scheme 2020: Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy has a new scheme for SCs and STs for the upliftment of the people from Workers to Industrialists. The main intention behind this program is to encourage the Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes by allotting 16.2 per cent lands to SCs and 6 per cent lands to STs in the industrial parks.
The Government of Andhra Pradesh has announced this new scheme along with 2020–23 Special Industrial Policy for SC and ST Entrepreneurs. Through this program, the govt will guide the SC's and ST's who want to become entrepreneurs and industrialists.

To promote the new SC, ST entrepreneurs, Govt is providing the incentives of worth Rs 1 crore. The special incentives also include stamp duty, interest rebate, discounts on SGSTs, quality certification .. discounts on patent fees and many more. Also, the AP Govt is carrying out skill development and facilitation programs to enhance their skills.
SC, ST పారిశ్రామికవేత్తల కోసం 2020–23 ప్రత్యేక పారిశ్రామిక విధానం "జగనన్న వైయస్ఆర్ బడుగు వికాసం"ను సీఎం వైయస్ జగన్ ప్రారంభించారు. SC, STలు శ్రామికులుగా మిగిలిపోకూడదు, పారిశ్రామిక వేత్తలుగా ఎదగాలనే లక్ష్యంతో ఈ విధానాన్ని తీసుకొచ్చామని సీఎం అన్నారు.
ఇండస్ట్రియల్‌ పార్కుల్లో SCలకు 16.2%, STలకు 6% భూములు కేటాయిస్తున్నామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి తెలిపారు. స్టాంప్ డ్యూటీ రాయితీ, వడ్డీ రాయితీ, SGST రాయితీ, క్వాలిటీ సర్టిఫికేషన్‌, పేటెంట్‌ రుసుముల్లో రాయితీ.. ఇలా ఎన్నెన్నో ప్రోత్సాహకాలు SC, ST పారిశ్రామిక వేత్తలకు లభించనున్నాయని తెలిపారు.

Eligible Sectors and Subsidy Rates
According to the official announcement, Manufacturing sector (ఉత్పత్తి రంగం), Service sector (సేవా రంగం) and Transport sector are eligible to get the subsidy from the govt. The subsidy are as follows.
- Manufacturing sector (ఉత్పత్తి రంగం): 45% subsidy on fixed capital investment (Rs. 1 Crore limit)
- Service sector (సేవా రంగం): 45% subsidy on fixed capital investment (Rs. 75 Lakhs limit)
- Transport sector (రవాణా రంగం)
