The government of Andhra Pradesh has allocated huge funds in the budget for the most ambitious Amma Vodi scheme. The government will deposit Rs 15,000 per annum in the account of every mother who sends her children to Schools. The scheme was initially introduced to students in first class to 10th class, but later extended to Intermediate. With this scheme the students who are pursuing higher education will be benefited with Rs 20,000. Overall, about Rs 6336 crore deposited in the accounts of about 43 lakh mothers in AP on January 9, 2020 last year.

YSR Amma Vodi Scheme New Rules 2021

The government has relaxed some of the rules in 2021 to benefit more people in Andhra Pradesh.The family income limit has been raised to Rs 10,000 per month in rural areas from Rs 5,000 Rs 12, 000 per month in urban areas from Rs 10,000 per month. Previously max two and a half acres of Magani and Five acres Metta land was extended to 3 acres Magani and 10 acres of Metta land.

• గతంలో రెండున్నర ఎకరాల మాగాణి, మెట్ట భూమి 5 ఎకరాలలోపు పరిమితి ఉండగా, ఈ ఏడాది మాగాణి 3 ఎకరాలు, మెట్ట భూమి 10 ఎకరాలుగా మార్పు చేశారు.
• విద్యుత్‌ వినియోగానికి సంబంధించి నెలకు గతంలో 200 యూనిట్లలోపు వాడే వాళ్లను అర్హులుగా గుర్తిస్తే.. ఈ దఫా 300 యూనిట్ల వినియోగమున్నవాళ్లను కూడా అర్హులుగా గుర్తించారు.
• గతంలో ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులు, పెన్షనర్లకు పథకాన్ని వర్తింపజేయలేదు. ఈ దఫా పారిశుద్ధ్య కార్మికులను అందులో నుంచి మినహాయించారు. దీంతో పారిశుద్ధ్య కార్మిక కుటుంబాల్లోని పిల్లలకు ఈ ఏడాది అమ్మఒడి వస్తుంది.
• గతంలో ఫోర్‌ వీలర్‌ (కారు) ఉన్న కుటుంబాల్లో టాక్సీ కలిగి ఉన్న వారికే మాత్రమే మినహాయింపు నివ్వగా, ఈ దఫా ట్రాక్టర్లు, ఆటోలున్నవారినీ ఈ పథకం కింద లబ్ధిదారులుగా గుర్తిస్తున్నారు.
• గతంలో మున్సిపాల్టీలలో 750 చదరపు అడుగుల లోపు స్థిరాస్థి ఉన్న వారిని పథకంలో అర్హులుగా గుర్తించగా, ఈ దఫా 1,000 చదరపు అడుగుల స్థలం ఉన్న వారిని కూడా అర్హులుగా గుర్తిస్తున్నారు.
• వీటన్నింటి దృష్ట్యా ఈ ఏడాది అమ్మఒడి ద్వారా 44 లక్షల 48 వేల 865 మంది తల్లులకు లబ్ధి చేకూరనుంది. నెల్లూరులో నిర్వహించే కార్యక్రమంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి జగన్‌మోహన్‌రెడ్డి కంప్యూటర్‌లో బటన్‌ నొక్కడం ద్వారా తల్లుల ఖాతాల్లో రూ.6,673 కోట్లు జమ చేయనున్నారు.

ప్రజా పంపిణీ వ్యవస్థ ద్వారా రేషన్‌ కార్డుదారులకు పంపిణీ చేస్తున్న బియ్యం రంగు మారి ఉండటం, నూకల శాతం ఎక్కువగా ఉండటంతో ఎక్కువ మంది వినియోగించడం లేదు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో లబ్ధిదారులు తినేందుకు వీలుగా నాణ్యమైన బియ్యాన్ని ఇంటివద్దే అందించాలని ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించింది. మిల్లింగ్‌ సమయంలోనే నూకలు శాతాన్ని బాగా తగ్గించి కార్డుదారులకు నాణ్యతతో కూడినవి అందించేలా చర్యలు చేపట్టింది. చౌక ధరల దుకాణాల ద్వారా సరుకుల పంపిణీలో కొందరు డీలర్లు సమయ పాలన పాటించకపోవడం, సక్రమంగా అందకపోవడం, నల్లబజారుకు తరలించడం లాంటి సమస్యలు ఉత్పన్నమవుతున్నాయి. రోజువారీ కూలీపై ఆధారపడి జీవించే పేదలు సరుకుల కోసం పడిగాపులు కాయాల్సి వస్తోంది. ఇలాంటి ఇబ్బందులను తొలగించేందుకు మొబైల్‌ వాహనం ద్వారా ఇంటివద్దే నాణ్యమైన బియ్యం అందించే విధానాన్ని ప్రభుత్వం తెస్తోంది. బుధవారం రాత్రి విజయవాడ బెంజ్‌ సర్కిల్‌ వద్ద బారులు తీరిన రేషన్‌ డోర్‌ డెలివరీ వాహనాలు

ఫిబ్రవరి 1వ తేదీ నుంచి లబ్ధిదారులకు నాణ్యమైన బియాన్ని ఇంటివద్దే పంపిణీ చేస్తారు. మొబైల్‌ ఆపరేటర్‌ (వాహనదారుడు) రోజూ ఉదయం బియ్యంతో పాటు ఈ–పాస్‌ యంత్రాన్ని రేషన్‌ డీలర్‌ నుంచి తీసుకోవాలి. ఆఖరులో మిగిలిన స్టాకుతో పాటు ఈ–పాస్‌ యంత్రాన్ని తిరిగి డీలర్‌కు అప్పగించాలి. ఆపరేటర్‌ రోజూ ఈ–పాస్‌ మిషన్‌లో తన హాజరును నమోదు చేసుకోవాలి. ఇంటింటికీ నాణ్యమైన బియ్యం పంపిణీపై ఈ నెల 22, 23 తేదీల్లో మొబైల్‌ ఆపరేటర్లకు ప్రత్యేకంగా శిక్షణ ఇస్తారు. వాహనం వినియోగం, తూకం యంత్రం, డోర్‌ డెలివరీ తదితరాలపై అవగాహన కల్పిస్తారు. ఈ నెల 24 నుంచి 29 వరకు వాహన ఆపరేటర్లు, నోడల్‌ వీఆర్‌వోలు ట్రయల్‌ రన్‌ నిర్వహించాలని ఆదేశించారు. క్లస్టర్‌ పరిధిలోని రేషన్‌ డీలర్లు, వలంటీర్లు, గ్రామ సచివాలయ సిబ్బందిని కలిసి పరిచయం చేసుకోవాలి.

నిరుద్యోగ యువతకు ఉపాధి - Jobs for Unemployed People

బియ్యం, నిత్యావసర సరుకులను కార్డుదారులకు ఇంటివద్దే అందించేందుకు 9,260 మొబైల్‌ వాహనాలను రివర్స్‌ టెండర్ల ద్వారా రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం కొనుగోలు చేసింది. నిరుద్యోగ యువతకు జీవనోపాధి కల్పించేందుకు ఈ వాహనాలను వివిధ కార్పొరేషన్ల ద్వారా 60 శాతం సబ్సిడీతో సమకూర్చింది. ఒక్కో వాహనం విలువ రూ. 5,81,000 కాగా రూ.3,48,600 సబ్సిడీగా అందించింది. ఈ వాహనాలకు పౌరసరఫరాల సంస్ధ ప్రతి నెలా అద్దె చెల్లిస్తూ ఆరేళ్ల పాటు వినియోగించుకోనుంది.

• ఎస్టీ కార్పొరేషన్‌  ద్వారా 700 
• ఎస్సీ కార్పొరేషన్‌  ద్వారా 2,300 
• బీసీ కార్పొరేషన్‌  ద్వారా 3,800 
• మైనారిటీస్‌ కార్పొరేషన్‌  ద్వారా 660 
• ఈబీ కార్పొరేషన్‌  ద్వారా 1,800

మొబైల్‌ వాహనంలో వసతులు ఇలా 

మొబైల్‌ వాహనంలో తూకం వేసే యంత్రం (వేయింగ్‌ స్కేల్‌), కొలతల పరికరాలు ఉంటాయి. ఎల్‌ఈడీ ల్యాంప్స్, ఈ–పాస్‌ యంత్రాల ఛార్జింగ్‌ పాయింట్లు, మినీ ఫ్యాన్, చిన్న మైక్‌ ఉంటుంది. ప్రథమ చికిత్స బాక్సు, నగదు పెట్టె, అగ్ని మాపక యంత్రం, నోటీసు బోర్డు ఏర్పాటు చే శారు. తూకం యంత్రం 12 నుంచి 18 గంటల పాటు బ్యాటరీ బ్యాకప్‌ ఉంటుంది.

రేషన్‌ సరఫరాలో కొత్త విధానం 

రేషన్‌ సరుకుల కోసం గంటల తరబడి క్యూలైన్లలో పడిగాపులు కాయాల్సి రావడంతో రోజువారీ కూలీలు వేతనాలు కోల్పోయే వారు. 

• సరుకుల పరిమాణం, పంపిణీలో కోతలపై పలు ఫిర్యాదులు అందేవి. రేషన్‌ సరుకుల్లో కొత్త విధానం ఇలా... 
• కార్డుదారులకు ఇంటి వద్దే రేషన్‌ సరుకుల పంపిణీ జరగడం వల్ల కూలీ పనులకు వెళ్లేందుకు ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బంది ఉండదు. 
• కార్డుదారుల సమక్షంలోనే సంచులు తెరిచి కచ్చితమైన ఎలక్ట్రానిక్‌ తూకంతో పంపిణీ చేస్తారు. – వలంటీర్ల వ్యవస్థ ద్వారా ఇంటి వద్దే కార్డుదారుల వేలిముద్ర తీసుకుని నాణ్యమైన, కచ్చితమైన తూకం కలిగిన బియ్యాన్ని తిరిగి వినియోగించే సంచుల ద్వారా పంపిణీ చేయనున్నారు. మొదటిసారి ఈ సంచులను ఉచితంగా ఇవ్వనున్నారు. 
• కల్తీకి ఆస్కారం లేకుండా ప్రతి బియ్యం బస్తాకూ సీల్‌ ఉంటుంది, ప్రతి సంచికీ యూనిక్‌ కోడ్‌ వల్ల ఆన్‌లైన్‌ ట్రాకింగ్‌ జరుగుతుంది. అన్ని మొబైల్‌ వాహనాలకు జీపీఎస్‌ అమర్చడం వల్ల కార్డుదారులు మొబైల్‌ యాప్‌ ద్వారా పంపిణీ వివరాలు రియల్‌ టైంలో తెలుసుకోవచ్చు. మొబైల్‌ వాహనం నెలకు సగటున 18 రోజుల పాటు కార్డుదారుల సౌకర్యార్ధం సరుకులు పంపిణీ చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ప్రతి రోజూ సగటున 90 కార్డులకు తగ్గకుండా పంపిణీ చేయాలి. దీనిపై నిరంతరం సోషల్‌ ఆడిట్‌ ఉంటుంది. ఎలక్ట్రానిక్‌ తూకం ద్వారా కచ్ఛితమైన తూకంతో సరుకుల పంపిణీ చేయనున్నారు.

AP Grama Panchayat Election Schedule Dates | Local Body Election 2021

The Andhra Pradesh State Election Commission announced the schedule to conduct elections to gram panchayats in four phases beginning 05th February, 2021 after the High court verdict. The notification for the Election will be released on 23rd January, 2021. State Election Commissioner Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar, announced the schedule hours after his meeting with Chief Secretary Aditya Nath Das and other top officials.

ఫిబ్రవరి 5న తొలి దశ పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికలు జరగనుండగా, ఫిబ్రవరి 9న రెండో దశ పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికలు నిర్వహిస్తారు. ఫిబ్రవరి 13న మూడవ దశ పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికలు, అలాగే ఫిబ్రవరి 17న నాలుగో దశ పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికలు నిర్వహించేందుకు రాష్ట్ర ఎన్నికల కమిషన్ ప్రణాళికలు సిద్దం చేసుకుంటోంది. స్థానిక సంస్థల ఎన్నికల షెడ్యూల్ ( AP Local body elections 2021 schedule ) విడుదలైన నేపథ్యంలో రాష్ట్రంలో శనివారం నుంచే ఎన్నికల కోడ్ అమల్లోకి రానుంది.

What is YSR App for Farmers in Andhra Pradesh?

YSR App Features and Uses 2021: Andhra Pradesh Government has taken all necessary steps to ensure more transparency and accountability among the staff who serves at the YSR Farmer Assurance Centers/ Rythu Bharosa Kendram (RBKs). What is YSR App for Farmers in Andhra Pradesh?

Agriculture department of AP has built YSR mobile app for the village assistants deployed at Rythu Bharosa Kendrams (RBK). The App allows them to connect with the department for the dual purpose of keeping track of all assets that are deployed at a particular Rythu Bharosa Kendram and all the agriculture related activities that are being performed from time to time by village assistants. 

The main objective of YSR App is to help the Agriculture department track all the assets that are deployed at an individual Rythu Bharosa Kendram level and audit their current status and to record all the activities being performed at an individual Rythu Bharosa Kendram as part of the overall initiative.

Who will Use YSR App?

This App is basically designed for Village assistants to perform various activities as shown below.

• Village assistants will login in to the App and frequently update the status of the assets available in the Rythu Bharosa Kenrdrams and Activities that are being performed in respective Rythu Bharosa Kendrams or Mandals.
• Village assistants will be able to create the asset and edit the status of the assets. At the same time, village assistants will be able to create the activity, add descriptions about the activity and upload the images of the activity that was performed. 
• All village assistants will be able to create multiple tasks under a particular activity and report to his corresponding manager. In the history tab, village assistants will be able to access past activities and tasks performed by him. A consolidated report is available for the village assistants to view the conditions of the assets that are deployed in their respective Rythu Bharosa Kendrams.

Uses of YSR App

• The main purpose of the YSR app is to record everything from seed to sale and get real time results. Details of government schemes and programs in the field of agriculture and allied activities can be found through this app. After registering the RBK details of the employees through this app, the RBK building, assets, modern technical equipment and other equipment details should be entered in the digital stock register in the asset tracker. Problems in the use of equipment are set up to be resolved immediately. 
• Programs such as crop details, crop cutting experiments, field demonstrations, visit to seed production fields, collection of soil samples for soil testing, YSR free crop insurance scheme, preparation of farmers for organic produce, distribution of input subsidy to farmers Register in this app from time to time. State Agriculture Commissioner Arun Kumar said the app was adding more features with the intention of bringing transparency in services and accountability among staff.
• Accountability will be brought to the staff through the newly introduced Geofence in this app. Every day RBK has to upload a comprehensive analysis and pictures on the services provided to the farmers within five kilometers and the programs implemented. By doing this the RBK performance is assessed and graded. Thereby state level scoring is given for the performance of each Village Agriculture Assistant. RBK offers regular feedback on services and staff performance on the four pillars of 'very good, good, not good, not good'. Views are also collected for crop health, availability of produce, training for farmers and other needs. Steps will be taken to further improve the services accordingly.

YSR APP Features

YSR App has brought more features specially designed for Farmers. There are 10,641 RBKs in 660 zones in the state. There are 65 hubs and 13 district resource centers connected to them. An integrated call center has also been set up specifically for RBKs. Assistant to Agriculture, Horticulture, Silk, Fisheries and Animal Husbandry through RBKs, which became available from May 30 last year. 7,850 seed, 12,000 fertilizer and 1.21 lakh pesticide dealerships across the state are connected to these centers.

Andhra Pradesh 25 NEW Districts List and Revenue Divisions 2021

Andhra Pradesh 25 Districts: As we all know, AP Govt was keen on 3 Capitals and decentralization of power among the 3 regions, Rayalaseema, Uttarandhra, and Andhra. Now the govt has also taken the new decision to Re-Organize the districts. Recently, AP Chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy’s cabinet approved the decision to form a committee to reorganize the existing 13 districts into 25.

కొత్త జిల్లాల ఏర్పాటుకు కమిటీ ఏర్పాటుపై ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ మంత్రి మండలి ఆమోదం తెలిపింది. అయితే ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి నేతృత్వంలో ఈ కొత్త జిల్లాల ఏర్పాటుకు అధ్యయనం జరుగనుంది. వీలైనంత త్వరగా అధ్యయన నివేదిక ఇవ్వాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి కమిటీ సభ్యులను కోరారు.

Andhra Pradesh to reorganize into 25 NEW Districts and 3 Capitals in 2021, Here Is The List

ఈ కమిటీలో సీసీఎల్‌ఏ కమిషనర్, జీఏడీ సర్వీసుల సెక్రటరీ, ప్లానింగ్‌ విభాగం సెక్రటరీ, ముఖ్యమంత్రి కార్యాలయం నుంచి ఒక ప్రతినిధి, కన్వీనర్‌గా ఫైనాన్స్‌ ప్రిన్సిపల్‌ సెక్రటరీ కీలక సభ్యులుగా వుంటారు.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వ తాజా నిర్ణయంతో 13 జిల్లాలుగా వున్న రాష్ట్రాన్ని పునర్వ్యవస్థీకరించి 25 జిల్లాలుగా ఏర్పాటు చేయనున్నారు. అయితే ఈ చర్చలో 26వ జిల్లా గురించి ప్రస్తావన కూడా వచ్చింది.  సీఎం ఆదేశాల మేరకు అరకును రెండు జిల్లాలు చేయగలమా లేదా అనే విషయంపై అధ్యయనం చేయనున్నారు.

ఇప్పటికే ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం మూడు రాజాధానులు బిల్లును ఆమోదించింది. అమరావతిని శాసన రాజధానిగా, విశాఖపట్నం కార్యనిర్వాహక రాజధానిగా, కర్నూలు న్యాయ రాజధానిగా మారనున్నాయి. అయితే ఈ తాజా నిర్ణయంతో ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ లో మూడు రాజధానులు 25 జిల్లాలుగా విస్తరించనుంది.

ఎన్నికల ప్రచార సమయంలో జగన్ మోహన్ రెడ్డి ఏ జిల్లాలను పునర్వ్యవస్థీకరించినున్నారో తెలియచేశారు. అయితే వాటిలో మార్పు ఉండకపోవచ్చు.

Araku New Districts Proposal

అరకు లోక్‌సభ నియోజకవర్గం పరిధిలో 7 నియోజకవర్గాలను విభజించి... 2 జిల్లాలు ఏర్పాటు చెయ్యాలని కమిటీ ప్రతిపాదించింది. అరకు-1 జిల్లాలోకి పాలకొండ, కురుపాం, పార్వతీపురం, సాలూరు అసెంబ్లీ నియోజకవర్గాలనూ... అలాగే అరకు-2 జిల్లాకు అరకులోయ, పాడేరు, రంపచోడవరం నియోజకవర్గాలను తేవాలని కమిటీ ప్రతిపాదించింది. అరకు - 1 జిల్లాకు పార్వతీపురం, అరకు-2 జిల్లాకు పాడేరు,... హిందూపురం జిల్లాకు హిందూపురం లేదా పెనుకొండను జిల్లా కేంద్రాలుగా నియమించాలని కమిటీ ప్రతిపాదించింది.

AP NEW Revenue Divisions

కొత్త జిల్లాలు ఏర్పాటైతే ఇప్పుడున్న 38 రెవెన్యూ డివిజన్లలో మార్పులు చేయాలనీ, కొత్తగా 9 రెవెన్యూ డివిజన్లు తేవాలనీ, అలాగే ఆల్రెడీ ఉన్న వాటిలో 3 రద్దు చేయాలని కమిటీ ప్రతిపాదించింది. అలాగే... పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ల హద్దులు, పరిధులు కూడా మారనున్నాయి. విద్య, ఆరోగ్యం, అటవీ, వాణిజ్యపన్నులు, ఇంజినీరింగ్ వంటి శాఖల్లో కూడా మార్పులు రానున్నాయి.

రద్దు అయ్యే రెవెన్యూ డివిజన్లు: - పశ్చిమ గోదావరి జిల్లా కుకునూరు డివిజన్ పరిధిలోని పోలవరం నియోజకవర్గ మండలాల్ని... కొత్తగా ఏర్పాటయ్యే జంగారెడ్డి గూడెం డివిజన్‌లోకి చేర్చడం. - తూర్పుగోదావరి జిల్లా ఎటపాక డివిజన్ పరిధిలోని రంపచోడవరం నియోజకవర్గ మండలాలను కొత్తగా ఏర్పాటయ్యే రంపచోడవరం డివిజన్‌లోకి చేర్చడం. - నెల్లూరు జిల్లా... ఆత్మకూరు నియోజకవర్గ మండలాలను నెల్లూరు డివిజన్‌లోకి... ఆత్మకూరు డివిజన్ పరిధిలోని ఉదయగిరి నియోజకవర్గ మండలాలను కందుకూరు డివిజన్‌లోకి మార్చడం.
